As a registered Charity 1120808 we have a 2 tier leadership and management team. The trustee meet quarterly to monitor the financial activities and plan the strategic direction of the charity. As you can imagine looking after over 60 families in North Lincolnshire requires a lot of administration and co-ordination, as a result we also have a part-time administrator who helps us for 2 hours a week her name is Sarah Burfield and she is also a parent member.
